Dear PEOPLES BARK NEWS READER,

This year, the U.S. government will spend tens of millions of dollars to torture primates in laboratories like the one in Maryland where PETA exposed decades of taxpayer-funded experiments on terrified baby monkeys.

Over the years, hundreds of newborn monkeys have been torn away from their mothers within hours of birth–and subjected to years of heartbreaking and often painful experiments.

Since we first revealed the horrific abuse of baby monkeys at that government laboratory, more than 280,000 caring people have demanded that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) end its cruel experiments and millions more have watched our powerful video footage of young monkeys struggling, screaming, and trembling inside the laboratory.

We’re going to keep up the pressure like only PETA can, but we need your help to do it.

We’re in the middle of our Global “Stop Animal Tests” Challenge, and we need your help to reach our $250,000 online goal. Donate just $5 or more by October 31 for your gift to be MATCHED dollar for dollar!

Thank you so much for supporting our work to stop animals from enduring horrific cruelty in laboratories.

Very truly yours,

Ingrid E. Newkirk
President
